The Site Manager’s Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course is the most recognised training course for site managers in the UK. It is accredited by CITB, and covers all aspects of health and safety on site.
This course is aimed at Individuals responsible for planning, organising, monitoring controlling and administering a work force on site. Attendees will typically be a mixture of site managers, trainee site managers and any other senior staff responsible for health & safety on site.
Successful candidates will receive a Site Safety Plus certificate which is valid for five years
The refresher course will renew the appropriate qualification for a further 5 years.
Delegates must hold a in date and valid SMSTS certificate in order to be eligible for the refresher course.
Candidates working within the Construction Site/Operations or Directors Management role may be requested to obtain the CSCS manager’s card.
