No, your NVQ is a competency-based assessment, this would take place on site in the workplace during your day to day job role.
No, the supervisory and operative units are different and specific to those individual roles. If you require both Operatives and Supervisors on your licence, you will need to sit both courses separately to ensure you obtain the underpinning knowledge for both roles.
Some providers may offer courses with less training days, however Trusted will only provide the highest quality of training and candidate support, therefore our NRSWA course is the full 5-days to ensure candidates have the best opportunity in completing their examinations.
