Delegates attend an approved training centre where experienced and friendly assessors deliver hands-on learning, assessments and practical activities. Assessments covers excavation, reinstatement, signing, lighting, guarding, and all duties required on public roads and highways. Courses are available nationwide, with most delivered at our main centre in West Bromwich. All centres across the UK offer options for operatives, supervisors, single-unit qualifications and group bookings.

Upon successful completion, candidates receive a certificate and an NRSWA card (SWQR ID card), valid for five years and registered on the Street Works Qualifications Register (SWQR). Re-assessment courses are available for those needing to renew their existing qualifications and maintain compliance with the Street Works Act.
